For this project we were asked to focus on a specific identity of an area, person or an item. I chose to focus on the beautiful, large town of Huddersfield. This town has a rich history, featuring buildings from the Victorian Era. The textiles business was hugely successful at the time and shared links to other thriving textile cities such as Leeds and Manchester. I wanted to celebrate the beauty that is in these streets with a photographical zine.
